The Island On the EquatorThis documentary was filmed on the beautiful Mentawai Islands (Indonesia) and is devoted to local tribes who manage to survive in the seemingly impenetrable tropical jungle. A jungle, in which the average 'civilized' person, would survive but a few hours. Members of the expedition of the Unknown Planet not only lived there for several weeks but also made this documentary about a tribe, most likely to vanish in the near future.
